Right at the entrance to Southside Chicken/Dunkin on the Dunkin side on Forest Ave pothole.About 30 feet down from Main Street.

It's at the manhole right in front of the building.

Pothole right near the sewer drain on Edson. THEN on Wallace St. hole developing at the mail box as you enter Wallace,
THEN further North on Wallace there is a manhole cover, there is a hole getting larger right at the man hole.

Please pick up the borrowed man hole cover from Liberty Printing we borrowed last winter when ours got plowed away.
We did find ours, want to return yours.

Right at the beginning of the bridge, a pot hole grew! This is closer to the Commercial Yard side.

Sidewalk is crumbling in front of this business. Also just to the east about 50 feet, the in/out sidewalk at the driveway is also crumbling.

There is a very large dead tree just west of S. Leyden Street with a large branch resting on wires going between poles. This is on the North side of Perkins Ave.

If this branch should fall, all lanes of Perkins Ave will be blocked. The tree needs removal.

Street sign at the small island on the north side of Summer Street is damaged. It's leaning into the traffic lane.

This street is now a DEAD END and a sign need posting for such should be on top of the three signs on the current pole.

If closed against City Ordnance then something needs to be corrected.

Pothole at crosswalk, and just a few feet within Crescent at the man hole cover. I believe three altogether.

Pole 22 almost on corner of Lawrence Street, with three transformers on it. Looks like the top 1/4 is either bent or broken.

Pothole is right in front of the telephone pole. Has been filled in before. While on Edson drive towards East and fill in a few more holes if you can.

Pothole at intersection of Skinner and Lawrence. ALSO go East on Lawrence and about 100 feet there is another one in the center of Lawrence St.

Signs are still up that say "Route 24 Detour" along Torrey Street. The road has been repaired a long time ago, these signs might confuse some drivers.
Shouldn't the signage come down by now?

People are constantly parking in the cross hatch area on Perkins Ave. This makes for a very difficult for long truck to make the corner from Main Street to Perkins Ave. Tying up traffic. Not nice.

Yellow Light is out facing Brookside, the one on right hand side.

Light goes on/off all night.

Pole number FIVE. Right at the intersection. Keeps going on/off al night.

Red light is out, coming out of Home Depot facing Crescent street, the right Red light is out.
