18th and Locust traffic light timing Archived300-398 N 18th St St Louis, MO 63103, USA - Downtown WestIs it possible to adjusted the timing on the stop lights at locust and 18th street? The east/west bound lights take 3+ minutes to change once coming to a stop at the intersection. With the relatively light traffic on 18th street it would be great if this time could be significantly decreased. Thank you.
