    Please fix the rough road and bridge transitions on Park Lane immediately. These are damaging our vehicles and there are no ways to avoid them. This has been this way for too long and it is only getting worse.

    Nb Shoulder Of Veterans Memorial Highway Layton, Utah - Layton
    The temporary mobile VMS sign is located in the shoulder between the travel lane and the jersey barrier, leaving no escape. A semi truck was changing lanes and I could only move into the shoulder. I almost was forced to crash into the mobile VMS sign at over 60 mph. This mobile VMS sign needs to be placed on the shoulder in a location that is NOT adjacent to a jersey barrier. There has to be some kind of "escape" in the clear zone.

    Eastbound Lanes Of Sr-225 At I-15 Farmington, Utah - Farmington
    UDOT Region 1: The bridge transition joint on the eastbound lanes of SR-225 (Park Lane) at the bridge abutment over the NB direction of I-15 is not level and smooth. The asphalt has dropped several inches below the concrete bridge deck and this is causing heavy damage to vehicle suspension systems. Please repair ASAP.
