Please issue STOP WORK order for Comcast Contractor drilling to install fiber in ROW until oil and hydraulic fluid leaks are repaired in the equipment. Oil has leaked on sidewalk and grass on W/S of Sandy Springs Cir. south of Hammond Dr. Hydraulic fluid has sprayed on fence and shrubs of Reddington Townhomes. Progress is good but this is unacceptable. (Address used is neared street address). Thank you
