The right hand signal of the three located at Morgan Falls Road and Roswell Road as seen traveling northbound on Roswell Road. That signal’s yellow bulb is out.

The arrow indicating to keep right of the median in front of 7840 Roswell Rd. appears to have been hit and is down

For over a week, there has been water bubbling up out of the pavement, directly in front of the performing arts center on Roswell Road. No idea if it has anything to do with the current construction on veterans Park on the other side of the street. This water is present on the pavement on even the hottest and driest days.

Is there any way to get a trash can on the west side of SS Circle between the fire station and Mt Vernon? There are no cans on the west side of the street anywhere on SS Circle.

The corner has broken off the top of this drop inlet. Please replace it and any other elements that need to be replaced to ensure it functions properly. As angled it will surely catch debris. Thanks!

There’s a 4 foot sprinkler geyser in front of the stage on the City Green. Must be a broken sprinkler head.

This trash bag has been here for over a week. The trash can overflowing has been in this condition for several days. Does ProCutters even know this can is here at the bottom of the long staircase below the Arts Center so they can empty can and remove bag?

This is actually located on Burdett Drive proper as you enter the neighborhood just East of 230 Johnson Ferry. Vegetation is overhanging the sidewalk and continues to encroach.

Overflowing trash can at bottom of Long stairs of Arts Center. Been that way for a couple days…

The Arts Center stairs near the old buildings have been tagged. There’s also a tag on the side of the kiln room. There’s tags on the large set of stairs leading down to Burdett Dr. In all there are four places where the building and stairs have been tagged with graffiti. This is at least what I saw. I did not walk around the entire grounds to look for more.

There is no “right lane must turn right“ sign for the right turn lane at the intersection of Mount Vernon and Peachtree Dunwoody. This is a Mount Vernon, heading in a northeasterly direction to turn south on Peachtree Dunwoody. The lane is a right turn only but the arrow on the ground has faded, and there is no sign

The eastbound Johnson Ferry at Roswell Road arrow signal is the worst timing that could possibly ever be created to flush out the traffic waiting to turn right to go southbound on Roswell Rd. The Mount Vernon southbound signal turns red and the southbound turn lane of Johnson. Ferry turns green. The traffic turning south can never get onto Roswell Road in a timely fashion particularly at morning rush. Please adjust the timing of the Mount Vernon red signal to flush some of this traffic out so people can turn right to go south on Roswell Road. There is no sense in clogging up this major intersection with poor signal timing. Please fix t.

Vestige empty 1/2 of a power pole that broke off in a storm October 2020 and now should be removed. All utilities appear to have been relocated to the new pole next to it.
