    The vehicle pictured in the attached photograph parks in the driveway in a manner that blocks the sidewalk entirely. Pedestrians -including those pushing strollers and mobility-impaired - are forced to walk in the street to pass. No Zone parking sticker is visibly affixed in the windshield

    This pothole is about 3' long by 2' wide and 4' deep. It is immediately adjacent to a pedestrian crosswalk sign and therefore cars cannot swerve to the left to go around the pothole. The must go through it or swerve right into parked vehicles or cyclists sharing the lane.
