mega-precast building has been allowed to set burned out and with major structural damage for 11 months. it is a eyesore and makes this great city look very bad! Shame on the city government for allowing this company to operate out of this property with this building out front on a major road near a school and residential neighborhood along with the property value drop this build causes and the home it creates for RATS and other animals! please push Mega-Precast to rebuild or tear it down ASAP this is Roseville not Detroit!!!!!
