I have filed numerous "no heat" complaints with NYCHA and no one has responded to my claims.I have visited the management office and have been told to call the NYCHA hotline, which I have many times. I live in a complex where the elderly live and it's inhumane that no one has act upon varies complains. Please assist. Thank you.
