The street light goes off at night, randomly, and causes a substantial portion of the block, including the sidewalk, to become dark such that one cannot see what is on the ground in front of them. There is ongoing construction here with ongoing refuse dumping and staging of heavy equipment. This block is used by attendees of the church across the street and young children attending the two schools up the street. The defective light creates a dangerous condition, substantiallyrics increasing the likelihood that someone will trip, fall, and injure themself because of the city issued construction permits where there is no street light.

There has been a sudden proliferation of graffiti in the area and it is having a snowball effect, please remove.

Graffiti is accumulating because graffiti is being spray painted over with rival graffiti. This is classic broken windows in action. If the graffiti is not removed, further escalation in crime in the immediate area is reasonable foreseeable.

Over a week ago, a report of a burning car was submitted. Last Monday the car was towed but there is still metal and glass debris on the street and sidewalk. This is next to McKinnley high school and the P6 Bus stop.
