    The handicap parking sign that is normally standing in front of houses 349A and B has been knocked down and is sitting in the snow. I think it was knocked down by a Lowes truck that parked there for a few minutes earlier this afternoon and then drove off (probably because the driver realized he couldn't legally park there).

    Crosswalk signal to cross S. Swan at Madison does not give enough time to actually cross (walk signal displays for only 5 seconds) and does not seem to be connected to the traffic signals. Cars try to turn onto S Swan with no acknowledgment of people trying to cross.

    Large branch fell down in front of 379/377 Madison Avenue. Could have hurt someone.

    One large tree limb and several smaller branches fell on the ground on the side walk, blocking the street and side walk. The tree is on the sidewalk, it's a public one.

    The street light in front of 350 Madison Avenue faded out and shut off completely at 11:15 PM on 5/28. It came back faintly at 11:20 PM. Appears to be a problem.

    Madison Alley (behind the 349 housing row on Madison Avenue between Dove and Swan) needs to be plowed. It's my understanding that the city plows this alleyway.
