    4500 Chamberlayne Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Ginter Park
    In the past month to six weeks the City planted a number of trees on both sides Chamberlayne Avenue , which were tall and had a papery bark. None of these new trees have put out leaves or buds. The City should get its money back for these trees and some of the neighbors have removed the trees.
    Also, there are a number of dead and damaged trees that should be either removed or trimmed.

    The street light between 4825 and 4827 East Seminary is not working.

    On December 13, the contractor attempted to fix the repaving on Westbrook Ave between Brook and Chamberlayne. The contractor put down gravel and the recent rains have washed away the gravel and the pot holes have returned. The contractor fix is not working.

    I see that the contractor tried fix the problem on Saturday December 13. However, the recent rain washed most of the gravel into the gutter and the potholes are coming back. I would think that they would have used something to adhere the gravel to the road bed.

    The City did a wonderful job of resurfacing the roads in the neighborhood.
    I was wondering why the paver did not complete the work on Westbrook Avenue. The lane closes to the curb on the north side of the road was not finished and the paving is starting to form potholes at both the intersections of Westbrook and Brook Road and Chamberlayne Avenue?
