    Traffic flow needs to be evaluated for train schedules. I cannot understand why a train would come through just after 5pm and lock up traffic across 10th st and 13th just east of Broadway for 10 to 20 minutes several times a week. The same thing frequently happens just before 8am. These seem like the worst possible times to cut off sections of downtown.

    Recent work done on our block to add sidewalks resulted in damage to the patch the city had previously done for my driveway at the easement. Picture shows patch breaking up. I had to remove these broken pieces to prevent damage to my vehicles. Would it be possible to repair or replace the easement and fix the pothole directly at end of my drive that is causing significant damage to my vehicles undercarriage please?
