    This street light for the southbound traffic is red a lot when I am driving down there and I have no idea why... Lowell St never has cars on it. I have been living here since May (2010) and have never seen a car coming from any other direction yet I wait at a red light.
    Please make this a smarter light or a blinking yellow.
