    The vegetation encroaches onto the sidewalk so that only 18" to 24" remains for peds and bikes in numerous places along this stretch. I sent a letter to CM to distribute to Eng and PW Maintenance on April 21, 2016. I have heard nothing from anyone. This is dangerous for bikes as they are forced to ride too close to the curb and adjacent to thousands of cars speeding by.

    these shrubs encroach into the travel lane requiring pedestrians to walk in the middle of the travel lane rather than adjacent to the edge of pavement.
