2840 Ember Way Ann Arbor, MI, 48104, USA - Ann Arbor
The walkway connecting Packard Rd to Ember Way (see picture and map) is used by parents and children attending the 3 neighboring schools at Stone School Rd. and Packard Rd.
This asphalt walkway has aged and its surface became degraded and uneven. The accumulation of water in the “pockets” freezes at low temperatures and poses a risk for the pedestrians (a fellow neighbor slipped and fell last winter).
We talked with the City of Ann Arbor engineer – Adam Ajam - and he recommended creating a claim at the A2Fix It site so the city can schedule the re-pavement of this walkway.
We really appreciate your attention to this case.
    Thank you,

The sewer lid located at Packard Rd (southbound) close to the bifurcation with Stone School Rd (in front of the main entrance of Pathways HS) is not properly sitting on its base. Every vehicle that passes on it generates a loud / high pitch noise. We would appreciate if you could fix it. Thank you.
  • 2600 Packard Street Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann Arbor
The 2 steel plates placed to cover the construction hole opened today are not sitting properly. When a vehicle passes over them produces a loud and disturbing noise . It needs a quick repair, please.
  • Stone School Between Eisenhower And I-94 Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann Arbor
The street surface needs overhaul between I-94 and Eisenhower; it is in a very bad shape.
  • 2840 Ember Way Ann Arbor, Michigan - Ann Arbor
The water register located on the sidewalk is raised 1" over the surface. Also, the concrete slab neighboring the register is not leveled.
It poses a risk of tripping to pedestrians.
Than you for your attention to this issue.

Could you please set these lights to be as responsive to traffic as the Packard/Stone School intersection's streetlight? Specifically, I would like the left turn light (which allows traffic from Eisenhower onto northbound Stone school) to not always require 3 minutes to turn green. Cars are increasingly using King George as a cut-through to avoid this light and it is has resulted in high traffic/speeding in their neighborhood
  • 2611-2625 Packard Street Ann Arbor, MI 48104, USA - Ann Arbor
Car crashed into light pole and LED light assembly fell. Police came and took report, yet no fix has been made and street is quite dark.
