    These 2 lanes coming to a stop sign (needing to merge to 1 lane) on westbound 1st street is horrible during rush hour. The left lane needs to be either a right turn only or signage placed telling people to merge BEFORE the stop sign.

    The snow bank is too high to see around/over turning onto river parkway from 11th - dangerous as incoming traffic from river parkway has no stop sign to mitigate the snow bank.
