Odor issue: Neighbors at 1240 W Cross rescue dogs and cats and own chickens. There is a very offensive odor that comes from their yard - probably animal feces. It is so bad that we cannot spend recreational time in our back yard. We have had this issues for several years - last year they cleaned it up at some point and things were better, but we are back to the smell again - which gets incredibly worse the hotter the temperature. Please help.
