    The grass in the backyard is almost as tall as the fence. The guy who lives here cuts the front yard, but does not cut the back. He did this same thing last year. It's troublesome because the family in the house next door has had issues rodents and snakes coming into their yard. They worry about their small children getting bitten.

    Attached is only one of the videos I took of the crazy driving behavior caused by lack of proper parking regulations, parking enforcement, signage and street markings around UNCG's new Wellness Center. UNCG put out cones as a temporary response to this problem, but this is only a temporary fix and only addresses the issues on this one block. This is the Haywood Street/McCormick Street intersection. The same problems are occurring along Haywood Street from Glenwood Avenue to Aycock Street.

    At the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Gate City Boulevard, the view of oncoming eastbound traffic on Gate City Boulevard is blocked by construction fencing, and a utility pole. This is especially true when sitting in a small car (as opposed to a large SUV which sits up higher). There was a bad wreck there on Monday, September 19th. With the closure of Glenwood Avenue, this intersection is a lot busier.

    It appears that someone is dumping furniture next to the fence at this location. This particular pile has been here for about 2 weeks. There is also a pile of brush next to the furniture, but this dumping is a more recent occurrence. The fence I am referencing actually runs along the 1400 block of Portland Street.

    The crosswalks at S. Aycock Street and W. Gate City Boulevard are in terrible shape. The crosswalks markings at this VERY BUSY intersection are almost non-existent. This is particularly concerning due to the increased pedestrian traffic being generated by UNCG students crossing here to go to the Kaplan Wellness Center.

    The Road Closed/Detour sign at the intersection of Ontario Street and Coliseum Boulevard has been damaged and appears to be falling apart. The sand bags holding it down have busted open and no longer seem capable of securing the sign in place, I worry that the sign could become airborne during a storm and be a safety hazard.
