    At several points on the south side of W St NE, someone has been dumping large amounts of trash and other debris among the bushes and trees (this land is undeveloped and is along the outside of the DDOT facility fence). One major dumping location is at the SE edge of the park at the intersection of W St NE and the other is about 30-50ft further down W St to the East.
