I reported this issue on 11-24-14. I sent a picture, which if you enlarge you can see the address. I received an acknowledgement on the 24th and on the 25th received a comment stating closed with a comment "Nca" I did not know what Nca meant but I assumed that since the tree is on the berm and the resident stated that the City cut it down and I sent a picture that the issue was resolved since the report was closed. I received a call today stating that the tree is still there. This resident is a senior citizen. She does not have a driveway and because of the tree she has to park further away and around the tree limbs. Can you please look into.

The tree was cut down and all of the debris from the tree and all the branches were left on the burn and end the street resident does not have a driveway and park your car in front of her house and is not able to park her car because all of the tree branches were left in front of the property
