    Multiple neighbors are leaving dog waste in flower boxes without picking it up. This is a health hazard. I am requesting signs that inform residents of the penalties, and enforcement from district employees (fines). I have video from security cameras that I can provide if needed.

    We have a new, very nice brick sidewalk on F St NE. I would like an explanation as to why city workers think it is ok to spray paint yellow dotted lines and numbers in front of my house. This creates a permanant eyesore, simply for their short-term convenience. There has to be another way they can do their job without vandalizing sidewalks all over the city, with no intention of ever cleaning up the mess they have made. 650 F St NE
