At the K Street Chula Vista High School student drop-off point, approx. 50% or more of the morning drivers ignore the "No U Turn/Right Turn Only" sign and make an illegal U turn after dropping off students. I assume these signs were posted for student/driver safety reasons as it can be very congested there in the morning. Please ENFORCE the signage or REMOVE!. As I understand it, the school administration and police are aware the signage is ignored and has been ignored for a decade or more. It's a very poor lesson to be teaching our youngsters/ future drivers at a High School that it's OK to ignore traffic signage. PLEASE - ENFORCE or REMOVE. Thank you.

Alleyway behind motel has huge potholes. Needs major repair. Please fix.

Huge potholes at Rancho Del Rey and Lazo Court, both directions.

Base of tree at corner of Brightwood and K street, next to fire hydrant, blocks view of east bound traffic when turning east on K street from Brightwood.

Big pepper tree in median requires trimming to eliminate limb touching utility lines. Both big and small pepper trees in median require general trimming and cleanup.
NOTE: Most trees on westside of CV along I and J streets are in desperate need of general trimming and cleanup. You don't see this problem on the eastside of CV.

167 E Street, sidewalk is sinking causing a trip hazard. Appears city has tried to fix before with asphalt.

At Parkway gym NW corner a handicap sign is erected but blue markings defining parking space are blacked out. I believe the sign should be removed.

Men's room hand dryer intake completely clogged with dust & rust. Potential fire hazard. (big gym SW corner men's room)

At Parkway main gym, southside, a metal bench cross - bar has fallen away from bench. Possible unsafe condition.

The sidewalk along H Street (South side) has significant mounds of debris along the walkway that could pose a danger to pedestrians/skateboarders. Also very sightly, since H Street is a gateway to the west side of Chula.

Pepper tree limb blocking sidewalk path; must walk on property lawn to pass.

About a dozen shallow potholes forming along the 600 block of Del Mar Ave

Three abandoned couches on North side of I street between 3rd and 4th. Couches have been there for weeks. Makes neighborhood look like the ghetto...
