This pothole is located across from Tri-Mark on N West Street It's undetectable at night in the rain and it blew out our tire

It’s the storm drain at the corner of W Johnson & W Park Dr.

When I reported this the first time it was filled with gravel, which only lasted about two weeks. It needs to be properly paved over.

This is an issue I’ve reported multiple times, but the issue is just a “patch”, it’s never completely resolved. Almost every time there’s significant rain this drain becomes blocked by debris & floods half of Blount Street. Most drivers are courteous enough to move into the other lanes to avoid it, but sometimes they can’t or won’t. I’ve seen drivers cause a spray of dirty water that would have completely soaked some poor individual unlucky enough to be walking by.

The pieces of the broken curb seem to be blocking the drain at the corner of Edenton and Blount Streets. It’s on the right if you’re driving on Edenton towards the old Capitol.

The drain at Highway Building as you turn left into New Bern Place from Blount Street.

The storm drain beside the apartments at the corner of Blount & New Bern Place is blocked. There's a large amount of standing of standing water in the street.

It's hard to see under all the water, but there's a blocked storm drain & if we get substantial rain the water covers almost the entire right lane of Blount Street at the apartments that are on the same block as the highway building. This makes walking into work very hazardous since some inconsiderate drivers plow right through the small pond & the spray will drench any unfortunate walking along the sidewalk right there.
