    We have reported this issue at least a dozen times. Today I confronted a resident who was illegally dumping and he stated it is "not my problem." Something needs to be done. Will the city please take meaningful action to address this health hazard??

    This is crazy. Look at how much trash didn't make it into the dumpster and imagine how many rats fed on this last night. We are getting extremely frustrated. Is the DC government doing anything to address this??

    Every day there is a new bag of trash sitting outside the dumpsters for these apartment buildings. This unprotected trash is the main food source for a large rat population.
