    The adult at this location provides drugs and alcohol to minors. This entire neighborhood is full of kids up to no good. The police are aware of the issues at this house but they do nothing. Come people! Take back your community. Call the police often enough at least they'll take their drugs and under age drinking some where else! Or MAYBE just maybe the police will finally crack down on the illegal activity that goes on here.

    kids hanging out behind walter miller elementary school at the bridge that connect cobalt and quincy drinking and doing drugs. they also hang out behind the church next to walter miller drinking. not to mention the fighting in the walter miller parking lot. the police know this is a hot spot but don't patrole often enough. stop by some friday night to see all the kids there for yourself.
