There is a van that parks there. Never moves. It is blocking a stop sign and obstructing a 3 way stop. This van has caused plenty of chaos and come close to causing wrecks. People turning on the street can't see people coming from behind then van and vice versa. The owner of the van doesn't even live on this street. It's at the intersection of wandering way & heron lane. The owner needs to park his vehicle in his driveway or in front of his house. He shouldn't be allowed to park on a different street in front of somebody else's house - public street or not.
