    The signal is WAY too short for this intersection. At 10 seconds, only a able bodied person who is paying attention can cross safely. Anyone with a child by the hand, or of age, or in a wheel care would not be able to cross this VERY BUSY intersection- especially given the debris that naturally accumulates at the curb cut. There is a new elementary school at this intersection. I watched a teacher use 3 signal cycles to cross her entire class since there was not enough time for the twenty students to cross together.
