The manhole immediately west of Weston Nurseries has had groundwater seepage for years. A fix was done a couple years ago, but the issue almost immediately came back. This is a severe hazard in wintertime as the water freezes and causes a very large ice slick to form.

Drainage continues to be an occasional severe problem in front of 221 Pine Hill Rd. There is a literal half inch of water in portions of the roadway right now.

Drainage continues to be very poor in this part of Pine Hill Rd. The freezing weather caused a large untreated ice slick due to the lack of drainage.

Water has begun seeping up from around the manhole just west of Weston Nurseries on Pine Hill Rd. This is an annual fall/winter occurrence that causes a lot of hazardous icing in winter. There was some work done to remediate this issue, but it's back.

Crossing the railroad tracks has become progressively worse over the years. It is now very bumpy, especially on the east side of the street (travelling northwest)

This intersection desperately needs to be a three way stop with the house at the corner blocking the view for cars travelling two out of three ways into the intersection.

This intersection really needs a yield sign for one of the two roads that merge into School Street north. An issue occurs when there are a couple cars who are turning left from Old Westford and a backup can occur blocking Old Westford if they do not have explicit right of way. I think this intersection really needs a Yield sign for cars that are turning right onto School from Old Westford.
