    Support (one of two poles) down for new planted tree. I tried to fix problem but didn't have the strength to do so.
    Located in front of 1008 I Street, NE.

    Commercial vehicles (construction, dump, etc) speed through this one-way residential neighborhood at various times throughout day polluting air quality & significantly increasing noise level. Also, to avoid H Street, NE more & more cars are traveling & speeding through this neighborhood. This is a safety issue for children, senior citizens & bikers. How can this problem be minimized. Help!

    Boxes & packing for recycling was broken down by DC trash collector & put in my recycle container rather than putting it on the trash truck. My recycle container was left full on the street. Neighbor witnessed this. I emptied the trash into a white trash bag & left it in the tree box; then put my recycle container back on my property before I called this situation to 311. Was told trash would be picked up today but it hasn't been yet.

    Blue recycle container has been severely damaged by trash collectors & badly need to be replaced. Please deliver to 1008 I Street, NE, DC 20002. I am a senior citizen (age 65) & will submit both proof of age via DC Driver's license & remit payment at the discount rate of $20.

    Have seen rats running across my neighbor's front yard to the other side of the street; rats running from another neighbor's yard across my yard & rats running to a neighbor's front yard. HELP

    Neither regular nor recyclable trash collected today. It's now after 6pm.

    Toilet is still stored in front yard at 1007 I Street, NE. It has been there all week & tomorrow is Thanksgiving .

    Electrical wire is down on a telephone pole in the alley between 10th I and 11th K Street, NE. Can't tell if its touching the ground from my porch but it may be a safety issue if the wire is live.
    Reported this via phone to 311earlier this morning but it is still down. Very concerned that children or pets may touch the wire. HELP!

    Plastic bag on top of trash container full of debris. Trash cans not placed on street for pickup for about 2 weeks. This has been a consistent problem.
