    The property behind Valero Gas Station has a huge tree that has been down since a few storms ago. They do not weed wack the length of their property on the tree belt and the alternate side of the sidewalk. Separately there is a tree that loses large branches during every storm that is on the tree belt there that needs to come down it hangs over the sidewalk and is dangerous. This separate tree would be the responsibility of the town. Thank you. Please advise the status.

    Richard Degen, I have attached a photo of the property of 15 Sword Avenue. You can clearly see the mattress, garbage and downed tree. This blight abuts my property in the back yard. I’m not quite sure how you can settle this as unfounded!

    There are piles of discarded tires. Which is ripe for water and mosquitoes. A junked out vehicle that’s been in the same spot for years in the grassy wooded area. An old grill that’s been sitting there for years. Also, a large tree that’s been uprooted by a storm and left there. It is in direct sight line from my property.     This is my second complaint on this issue. The lawn on the side of the Valero station is constantly littered with trash. When you drive down Sword Avenue all you see is trash littering the lawn and sometimes sidewalk. They need to be told that their property needs to be cleaned up daily or multiple times daily. They also own the lot directly behind Valero that is a mess also including the tree belt.
