The traffic light to turn left into Walmart only stays green for 15 seconds and then turns red. This is usually only enough time for two cars the most to proceed through the light to get into walmart, causing massive traffic back ups on Main Street.

Interstate 81 Northbound just before the split with 84/Route 6 in the middle of the concrete median you have a storm grate partially collapse inside. This leaves a seriours road hazard in case anyone needs to pull over for an emergency

Black Spray painted gang graffiti on the left tunnel wall at Exit 188 coming into Throop from interstate 81 Northbound.

The concrete pillar columns coming into Scranton onto Cedar Ave. They have spray painted gang signs/graffiti on the pillars. This should be a real easy fix since there is construction in the area and they have concrete barriers in place on the right side.

I find it disturbing and distraction for roadside memorials. The city needs to have a set ordinance for removal of such sites. The greiving of a loved one needs to be done at a grave yard and not the roadside. Don't these people understand the risk of placing such memorials and distraction to other drivers on the road. Time to remove all roadside memorials.

This light keeps going out and was repaired not too long ago and its out again. Street is very dark and needs to be fixed.

The stop sign on Birch Ave at Cedar Ave is blocked by low hanging tree branches/leaves. You can't see the stop sign until you are upon it coming down Birch Street. The tree branches/Leaves need to be trimmed for proper sight distance of the sign.

I have noticed several of those electrical boxes on the corners in the City that were painted weird colors awhile back now have Gang Graffiti on the sides. Please remove this unsightly graffiti and repaint the boxes a solid color.

Central Scranton Expressway ramp to Cedar Ave by the iron furnaces the bridge pillars and left concrete wall is covered with gang markings and graffiti. This is right off the expressway leading to Cedar Ave and not over by the university of Scranton wall. The road above leads into Downtown Scranton. Don't let the gangs win re-paint these markings. I also believe the City has a law to remove such markings in a short period of time. Something should be done....Place is beginning to look like Philadelphia/New York City.

Coming up E Elm from Cedar Ave the traffic light at the intersection has a long red for Elm St and when it turns green it is very short and about two cars get through before it turns red. Winter time is coming and E Elm is a hill with a no turn on Red sign in place too. Very bad intersection with short green for motorist on E Elm St. You can forget about it if there is snow on the road, you are stuck.
