Homeless people appear to be living in Memorial Park. I don't know if there's a city ordinance against that. I never see any police patrol in the park but with the Boys & Girls Club there and neighborhood children at play I don't feel that's a good mix. This evening there was a group camped out in the southwest corner another man who appeared to have set up housekeeping at a picnic table area just north of the Boys & Girls Club and then there is another gentleman down by the fountain who is there every night.

This truck has been parked in the parking lot at Memorial Park for a couple of weeks now. I don't believe it has moved. It appears to have been abandoned.

Graffiti has been here for months. It is at the South End of the Boys & Girls Club parking lot on Western... illegal but also not a positive statement where young people are concerned.

Helm Street between Western and Military...south side overgrown. North side graffiti on north side fencing on most of the block.

These two white vehicles have been parked on Military just north of 36th Street for two weeks. I believe they are being stored there, as the resident of 1200 NW 36th appears to be running a automobile repair shop out of his garage. Cars are allowed to park on both sides of the street, leaving only one lane in between them for vehicles. With the construction on Western and bumper to bumper traffic on 36 at certain times of the day it creates a traffic jam.
