I continue to receive tickets for trash being put out too early, but I never put my trash out until the morning of trash day and I bring the cans to my backyard within an hour of pickup. My neighbors are diligent about their trash also, but they receive these unwarranted tickets too. This is either a money grab by the city or a lazy code enforcement officer trying to meet a quota. I've received 3 tickets for no reason over the past 6 months. I've appealed but I have to take a day off from work to fight each one. Is there any way to put a stop to this?

Multiple complaints have been made about the lot that the city owns on the corner of Pensdale St and Station St. The lot is overgrown, an eyesore and home to lots of rodents. This property could be used for something since it is a half block from Main St.

Last Fall the city cleaned the lot at Station and Pensdale St. It's overgrown again and home to many raccoons.
