Graffiti on steps. Horrible work.

Building continues to be tagged by these stupid taggers. Especially really bad graffiti. Please help them not be so embarrassed by this horrible attempt of what they call tagging. Either these taggers have no art skills or we are getting bombarded by cats with spray cans. Anyways, ease help clean up.

This building has graffity and either the City should clean this up or fine the building owner. Looks bad for the community and I dont want it to attrack violence.
