    There needs to be a crosswalk between the Avery Upchurch Municipal Complex and the parking on the Nash Square side of Hargett St. People are constantly going across the street in the middle of the block, dodging cars. Very frequently they are handicapped (wheelchairs, blind). Please give them a crosswalk so they have a reasonable chance of making it alive
