    BioSwales on York, Crown, Park and George are filled with trash and bottles. They cannot serve as bio-efficient when the water just runs over them.
    Sewer on corner of Park and Crown covered with trash. Ice forms on top making it very difficult to cross street.

    City snowplows block entrance and exit to University Towers parking lots. The security guard has to leave his post at the front desk to shovel exit and entrance portals to lot. George Street and Crown Street lots are used by residents. When city trucks go past the security guard, several times he has shoveled, the truck drivers laugh at point at him as if it was funny. We need access to leave the parking lot and return. We observed the parking ban dutifully. I think the city should make effort not to leave waist-high snow blocking residents from own driveways and in University Towers our parking lots.

    What are the noise laws for weekends in New Haven? There is a parking garage being repaired on George Street behind York Street Walgreens. They work every day including Saturday and Sunday beginning at 7am at times.
