    79 Webb St. is on the July 16 Willows garden tour. There will be numerous walkers in the area that aren’t aware of current conditions/risks There is a section of badly uplifted asphalt right near a tree well that needs to be planted. There’s a second tree well just to the south that also needs to be planted and a section of asphaltnearby that’s worn off over old cobbles Photos show current conditiosn There are also holes that indicate rat nests Could you please put this on a priority list Many thanks!

    OK did just to the right of the front door at 342 Essex St. A large root has pushed up portions of the brick sidewalk at least 8 inches and is a real hazard. Also there are large waves and missing bricks.

    This is the lower part of the common fence. It runs along the west side of the common across the street from Full – Spychalski Funeral Home. Two needs to be marked with hazard warning tape.

    Right nearby are the base of two bollards or support columns of the Common fence. There about 6-8 inches high. At night they're not visible. Especially a time this time of year they could be real hazards they should be identified with cones.

    I spoke to a woman with multiple sclerosis. She brings her daughter down to this location for the bus but can't access the street because of the condition of the sidewalk. There's also no handicap ramps on and off the sidewalk. It's a good time to fix all the concrete and put in the handicap ramp here or 20 feet up where the crosswalk is.
