    Huge dip in road in middle an left west bound lanes acts as speed bump and is difficult to see from the road. I watched as 6 cars nearly bottomed out at this bump.

    Rats roam this parking facility in large family units. I counted 18 in a small clearing between the sidewalk and the parking lot.

    Recurring issue. We have to call 311 in order to have our recycling picked up for this block. We frequently go several weeks between pickups, even though our bins are overflowing and are left out the night before scheduled pick up.
