Whole block of street lights has been out for months

Street light in front of 1107 4th st SE leaning and falling over after strong wind from earlier in the week.

Parked in turning lane right in front of Harris Teeter. Cars do this all the time...need better enforcement here.

At the intersection of Memorial Ave, Memorial Circle, and Washington Blvd. cars traveling east in the left lane of the circle try to illegally (based on traffic arrow signs) cut across right the right lane of the circle and Washington Blvd north traveling traffic to get on Memorial Bridge. This creates a very dangerous situation and cars in the right lane following traffic laws have to then also watch the left side for them cutting across in addition to the regular awkward look to the right which is already difficult because of the sharp angle to look for oncoming cars traveling north on Washington Blvd. Additional measures to regulate traffic flow are needed to create a safer intersection.

Traffic light only allows a couple ofcars to travel east through intersection before turning red. Timing is messed up.

There are two crosswalks painted in the street but no pedestrian crossing signs warning drivers to yield to pedestrians crossing the street. Please put up signs telling drivers to yield to pedestrians before someone gets hit. Thanks.

Renters use this trash coral and always leave trash bags next to empty trash bins. Birds and raccoons then rip open bags to eat food.
