Someone has requested speed bumps on Camino Cresta. If you do so, please construct them with a slot so cyclists can go through them without getting jarred. Thank you.

I understand you don't have funding to add a couple of feet to the newly paved Skyline Road (between Swan and Sunrise) to make it safer for cyclists, but when you paint it, could you narrow the travel lanes by a foot or two, and bring the fog lines in a foot or two, so cyclists have a little bit of room between the fog lines and the edge of the pavement?

There is a large amount of gravel at the intersection of Alvernon and Skyline. It forces cyclists into the roadway. But there is a very large pothole in the roadway there. There is no safe place for cyclists. Please remove the gravel pile and fill in the pothole. See also 11182099. Thank you.

REgarding the above item (concerned about loud cars and motorcycles on Campbell late at night), the problem is real. The noise is sporadic, but very annoying in the late evening and middle of the night. I don't necessarily favor speed bumps, though. Could there just be some stepped up enforcement of noise ordinances--starting with some friendly education, not tickets?Do these drivers realize how many hundreds of peoples they are annoying?

I note that the county noise ordinance prohibits operating cars without a muffler or if the vehicle has been "modified in such a manner which will amplify or increase the sound level emitted by the motor of such vehicle above that emitted by a muffler originally installed on the vehicle as manufactured for initial sale. " I suspect these vehicles are violating one or both of these prohibitions.

My wife tripped over this curb. As you walk down the sidewalk, the curb is flush with the sidewalk in most places (as it is in this picture BEYOND the yellow pad). But for a very short distance, the curb rises up as shown in the foreground. There are no visual cues. As you are walking southbound on this sidewalk, if you are aiming for its continuation on the far side of the entrance drive to Encantada Mall, you would naturally walk straight ahead-- and trip on this unexpected lip, as my wife did. Ideally, you would re-do this to eliminate the non-flush section. Or you could at least paint it yellow so that it is more apparent. Thank you.

I echo the concern about the dangerous bike land condition noted in item 9647370 at 5555 N Campbell. I reported this last year and a patch was made, but it was almost worst than before the patch. Now it's gotten even worse.

The pedestrian hazard identified in 8868132 is also a hazard for cyclists using that path.

Campbell north of Skyline is an arterial in dire need of paving. I'm use to seeing secondary roads look like this, but not an arterial.

Is this clearing on a steep slope close to the shoreline legal? If permits are required, did they get them?

I'm not sure that the address I am providing is right. I can't tell from the water exactly how this lines up with streets in the uplands.

I will send two more photos. If you zoom in, you can see the clearing better, some of it on the slope. They also limbed some trees they did not take down.

Dangerous condition in the shoulder for bicyclists going downhill (i.e., with speed) on North Campbell. Someone is going to get hurt, if this doesn't get fixed soon. Thank you.
