Someone grafittied the Montclair mural. Please remove the graffiti.

Top layer of rubber under the swings has been dug out several inches deep and the rock layer beneath has been kicked all over the playground. Please resurface the area under the swings and clean up the rocks which areca hazard to the kids.

Swing is broken in the Montclair playground. Please fix.

There is a big pothole in the middle of Merced Ave. right where traffic turns into the lower Safeway parking lot. Lots of vehicles turn into the lot here and must swerve at the last second to avoid hitting the pothole. Dangerous location that should be fixed ASAP.

A tree fell down in the storm and is blocking the southbound lane of traffic. All vehicles must swerve into the northbound lane to get by. Please remove the tree.

I reported this back in JANUARY in Issue ID # 873833, which was recently closed despite the problem never being fixed. Someone pulled the rocking horse out of the ground in the upper playground (the one for toddlers) and left it lying on the ground next to a bench. Please replace this ASAP since the kids will want to play in it and the hole in the ground where the horse used to be is a hazard, especially for the tiny feet running around there.

Someone recently took a black pen and drew all over the equipment in the little kids' (upper) playground at Montclair Playground. Specifically, someone drew a large set of eyes and a mouth on the tunnel slide, wrote on the double slide and covered table, and drew on the outward facing side behind the steering wheel.

Someone dumped a large couch on the side of the road. It has now slipped down the hill and is partially blocking the northbound lane. This is a particularly dangerous spot as the road here is narrow and curving.

This is a deep pothole that forces cars to swerve into the oncoming lane to avoid it, made all the more dangerous because oncoming traffic is coming around a blind curve - it's going to cause an accident. It was filled in last March but reopened after several big rainstorms a few weeks later. It desperately needs to be re-filled an sealed before the rainy season starts. I reported this pothole once already back in June.

This pothole is tough to see since it's on a blind curve coming uphill. It was filled previously but re-opened after the March rainstorms.
