There is a large red pick-up truck that's been parked most of this week, far enough away from the curb that it impedes exiting the driveway. The same truck was left down the block during March break (with lots of snow surrounding it) for at least 2 weeks. Could someone please give this person the message that cars cannot remain in one place indefinitely on a city street? Red pickup with cab, license plate: WYOMING 22 6037. Thanks!
