    PG&E dug up all four corners of E 15th and 4th Ave to do some work. Permits for parking restriction expired August 28th and they left all of their signs and a pile of asphault gravel. They left cones, trash and steel plates. The gravel is taking up one street parking spot. The construction already lasted for one month and it's been two weeks since we've seen any PG&E workers.
