    Sir, this plot is lying vacant since 20 years , which is leading to the dumping of garbage , presence of anti social elements all day and even we find snakes , crabs and various rodents coming to our houses due to this plot which creates danger to our life, presence of anti social elements is creating the security issues.
    The small structure is created by the owner of the plot since 3-4 years to avoid further notices from NMC and to avoid penalties. The plot is neither constructed nor cleaned by owner since he owned...please look into the matter, the vacant plot is a threat to security and health of residents.

    This plot is vacant since 20 years and is not constructed by owner neither cleaned by him since the time, this leads to dumping of garbage by nearby locals and there are anti social elements present all day which leads to security issues.
    Adding to that we also face danger due to snakes and crabs and various rodents coming from plot.
    Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
    The owner constructed a small structure just to avoid the penalties and further complaints.
