    When is the city going to address the aggressive panhandlers accosting citizens at will. Between Publix and Kahwa Coffee around the corner on 2nd Ave South, the problem is rampant. Someone is going to get hurt due to the city's negligence. Publix management advises the police are unresponsive. No kidding. The city has a policy of willful acceptance of aggressive panhandling.. Enough !

    Who is enforcing decibel levels for concerts at Vinoy Park. This one is exceptionally loud, I've lived here over 10 years. Expect to hear something but it's drowning out my TV from a mile away.
