Shrub blocking stop sign. I almost got run over.

Several items on property front, including an old mattress, that have been laying around for months. I am Disgusted that I have to look at this garbage piling up in their yard.

There appears to be a leak at my water meter. The leak is between the meter and road at the meter box.

New Businesses are causing unsafe traffic patterns.

Throughout the day, traffic from Newport Rd and traffic from Lion's Club Dr. are turning LEFT onto East Bay Dr. and piling up in the small median regardless of the East Bay's 'Right of Way'. Semi Trucks from Magic Tilt Trailers block the entire Westbound traffic when trying to turn LEFT from Lion's Club Dr onto E.Bay. With the popularity of the new car wash, I see cars traveling from all directions, occupying the center median trying to turn onto different roads at the same time. Most people don't understand the Right-of-way laws and are causing dangerous situations.

I propose either a NO-LEFT-TURN sign onto E.Bay Dr. from Newport Road and Lion's Club Dr.

-OR-

A 'NO-LEFT-MEDIAN' installed that affectively enforces the same.

My neighbors have contacted the businesses behind our homes several times regarding noise happening after normal business hours. We have been complaining for years, and I want something permanently done about it immediately.

Starting from 4:30am (and throughout the day), cars honk their horns, high-pitch backup sirens go off and loud radios blare. In the evening, janitorial crews work until past midnight (recently until 3am), and they roll these loud trashcans across the pavement, and the wheels sound like a freight train. Then, they are constantly slamming the large, metal dumpster lids throughout the night. On weekends, they schedule maintenance (repave parking lot, pressure wash the building, remove carpeting, etc.) and the contractors start super early in the morning like 6-7am.

Our bedrooms face these buildings, and the noise is constantly waking us up and disturbing our peace.

Some time ago some barriers were placed in front of our sewers and never removed.

My neighbors and I are dealing with several nuisance cypress trees that are growing behind our properties (North side). The office complex behind us told us, that these trees are growing on an easement belonging to government.

These trees are aggressively growing into our properties at an alarming rate. They are producing knees that are sticking up in our lawns, damaging expensive lawn equipment and causing people to trip and hurt themselves by twisting their ankles. These cypress knees are also popping up along the fence line and damaging the fence.

The roots of these trees have grown all the way to our homes and are causing destruction to foundation, plumbing, landscape, irrigation and pool systems. I personally had several trees die, pool leaks and nightmare plumbing issues. I find it difficult to landscape my own property, because the invasive root system prohibits digging and building.

Although these trees are beautiful during the summer, during the fall and winter, they drop their brown foliage, and carpet my back lawn. There is no escaping this unwelcome mat of dense foliage. The tiny bristles get caught in my dog's fur each and every time she goes out, and it takes hours to comb out. The dog had to be taken to the Vet once, in order to remove a mat of tangled bristles and fur.

We would like these trees removed, and the roots killed so that the tree does not regrow. The cypress trees can be replaced with another tree like the Queen Palm, which root system does not spread out, and invade the properties adjacent to them. Whatever is decided to replace these trees, should be well thought out in regards to aesthetics, and the long-term impact of surrounding areas.
