The sign is pretty much only visible to McDonald's drive through traffic. I am fairly certain that McDonald's did not approve of this sign (I will call them and confirm) and it is in fact placed there by the owner of the empty lot on the other side of MCD property, which is listed on the property viewer as:

The sign may also be located on public property - Holyoke or State Highway - which is also a violation. This is close to the intersection, near lights and sidewalk.
