    There are commercial vehicles that are parked on Caldecott Lane inside the bike lane and on the sidewalk. This has gone on for months. We see the workmen (or owners) get in their cars and after exiting the truck(s). One additional truck we have seen but not lately has a huge ice cream cone graffiti'd on the back panel. I have photos of two license plates. They are: 5Y55378 and 7H60091. Please ticket these commercial vehicles for impeding the bike lane and sidewalk. Also this is not a parking lot!
