    Construction fence on back side of property at corner of 22nd and Latimer has collapsed and is blocking Latimer Street between 22 St. and S. Van Pelt St. Fence has been deteriorating and unsafe for weeks and owner has not repaired. Serious safety hazard and nuisance.

    The contractors working on houses on the 200 block of South Van Pelt Street have been illegally using Latimer Street between Van Pelt and 21st as a parking lot. This is a legal street used by people in the area as well as a fire access route, and must be kept clear. This is a daily occurrence, Monday - Saturday.

    This construction site, on the backside of the apt building at 2134 Locust, has been abandoned and is exposed without a proper construction fence. Behind the fence is a full one story drop to a half-completed concrete filled hole. Very dangerous condition. There also are no posted construction permits.
