    The owner's property manager evicted the tenant. The result is a massive pile of household refuse in the shared alley. The "stuff" is smells; is inviting rummagers; blocks full access to my rear parking and is an health hazard drawing rodents and cats.

    I have talked to the property manager... Cordial, empathetic, but definitly not providing action and no longer answering calls or email.
